At rabbit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance running gear. If your new kit isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; once we receive and inspect your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange immediately.
